Part Time Administrative Assistant

- The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to facilitate a flow of ministry in Lynden Community Church, by providing reception, secretarial, administrative, and organizational support to the church ministries, the board, and to the pastoral staff.
HOURS: Two days per week (16 hours per week)
- Friday or Saturday (8 hours)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception, computer work, developing and printing promo materials, general administration, special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Personable, friendly, good computer skills (Word, Publisher, basic Excel), able to develop promo materials, well organized, fast learner, takes direction well, able to work independently on projects, sees the position as both a job and a ministry.
